🌊Exercise
Exercising regularly is good for your overall health as it gets your cardiovascular muscle pumping and it can also increase your testosterone production. There are many studies linking increased testosterone levels to better beard growth.
Working out regularly consist of hitting at least 2-3 days a week. You'll see some results quickly such as:

The most important thing to remember is that it starts within. It will not happen over night, but if you feed your body the proper nutrients (ex. apples, low calories, low sugar, etc.), you will see a dramatic difference in your overall health. Stick with your meal plans and continue to keep consistent.
